      The model of a long-range charge transfer dynamics in polynucleotide fragments of a DNA molecule is considered. The results of a numerical experiments suggest a scenario where a polaron arises at the "locus of formation", moves along the plynucleotide chain, after several reflections smears out nearly uniformly over all the sites, and then is trapped at the "trap sites" at the end of the chain.
