Modeling of Hole Transfer Dynamics in Tetramer GAGG // Biophysics, 2004, v.49, №3, p.453-456

      A hole transfer in a nucleotide sequence GAGG, where guanine G is a donor, guanine doublet GG is an acceptor was considered. It was shown that a hole relaxation to an acceptor is accompanied by rapid oscillations of a hole between a donor and an acceptor with oscillation period of a few picoseconds. Calculated slow relaxation of a hole to an acceptor over a period of time 2 ns was compared with experimental data.
